We are committed to your satisfaction with our coded templates and digital developer assets. Because our products are delivered instantly as downloadable source code, this policy explains how refunds work for ZIP archives, license credentials, and template packages.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date if the coded templates or license delivery do not meet your expectations, subject to the conditions below.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved when:
- Your request is submitted within 14 days of purchase
- You have not deployed the source code to a production environment
- You have not redistributed, shared, or resold the ZIP files or license credentials
- Delivery failed and we could not resolve the issue after support contact
Refunds may be denied for duplicate charges resolved by Whop, buyer error after successful delivery, or violations of our Terms of Service and EULA.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, contact Ayoub Esadik at contact@designflare.de within the 14-day period.
Please include your order number, billing email, and purchase date. Approved refunds are processed to your original Whop payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
Delivery Issues
If you did not receive your ZIP download link or license credentials within 24 hours, check your spam, junk, promotions, and updates folders first. Contact us at contact@designflare.de and we will resend your delivery at no extra charge before processing a refund request.
