By accessing or using designflare.de, owned and operated by Ayoub Esadik, you agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to all coded template packages sold on DesignFlare, including HTML/CSS bundles, Next.js landing pages, React UI kits, and related digital assets.

Our Products

DesignFlare sells production-ready coded templates and developer asset packs, including but not limited to:

  • HTML/CSS landing page templates and UI components
  • Next.js and React starter kits with Tailwind styling
  • Email HTML templates and marketing page code
  • API route files, setup configurations, and deployment-ready source code

Products are sold as tiered packages (Essential Pack through Ultimate Collection) with varying asset counts and license scope.

Affiliations

DesignFlare is an independent studio owned by Ayoub Esadik and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Whop, Vercel, Meta, or any other third-party platform mentioned on this site unless explicitly stated.

Digital Delivery

All products are digital goods delivered electronically. After payment is confirmed via Whop, your license credentials, ZIP download links, server paths, and setup instructions are sent to your registered billing email address. No physical products are shipped. Delivery is typically automated within minutes of payment.

Licensing

All coded templates are original works by DesignFlare. Your purchase includes a commercial license to use the source code in your own projects and client work, as defined in our End User License Agreement (EULA)

You may customize and deploy the code in finished products, but you may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original source files, ZIP archives, or license credentials.

Prohibited Uses

  • Reselling or redistributing source files, ZIP archives, or download links
  • Sharing license keys or credentials with unauthorized third parties
  • Listing our templates on marketplaces or theme stores as your own products
  • Claiming our code as your own original work without attribution where required
  • Using our products to infringe third-party rights or trademarks

Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Whop. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
