All coded templates, UI kits, source code, and digital assets sold on DesignFlare are original works created by DesignFlare or licensed contributors with clear rights. We do not host or sell pirated, cracked, nulled, or trademark-infringing content. Products are delivered as licensed ZIP archives and source files for HTML, CSS, React, and Next.js projects.

Intellectual Property

DesignFlare retains copyright over all template source code, component libraries, and bundled assets unless otherwise stated. Purchasers receive a limited license to use the materials — not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Reporting Concerns

If you believe any content on our site infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, email Ayoub Esadik at contact@designflare.de with:

• Your contact information and affiliation
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
• The exact URL or product name of the allegedly infringing content on designflare.de
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

We will promptly review valid notices and respond in accordance with applicable copyright laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) where applicable.
